Shannon joined the team at Marvin Development in 2021. As our Development Manager, she supports the team with all aspects of the development and construction process. Shannon especially appreciates seeing the full scope of development, like transforming an empty parcel into a fully operational business. 

Shannon received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota — Twin Cities and resides in Burnsville with her husband, Nate. They enjoy camping and hope to visit all of Minnesota’s state parks.
