Zach has been involved in real estate for over a decade and has experience in commercial development, brokerage and asset management. He joined Marvin Development in 2018 and helps maintain the firm’s cadence of building an average of 10 restaurant developments per year. 

In his day-to-day role, Zach is responsible for site selection and overseeing the full entitlement and construction process for all of our projects. As a licensed attorney, he also brings his knowledge of real estate law to the firm’s business dealings.

Zach has strong ties to the Twin Cities as a graduate of the University of Minnesota and the University of St. Thomas School of Law. He and his wife Molly live in Golden Valley with their two dogs, Pippa and Watson. They enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling together.
