Zach is truly our “boots on the ground” and eyes in the field. Prior to joining Marvin Development, he spent 16 years as a skilled union carpenter, following in the footsteps of his father and three older brothers. You could say he’s been immersed in this trade!

In his day-to-day role, Zach is essential to our team — his job is to ensure there are no unexpected surprises. He’s primarily responsible for maintaining quality assurance on all of our builds through his handling of onsite inspections during and post-construction. 

On the personal side, Zach is married with two grown children. For now, he happily devotes his free time to building the ultimate wood workshop designed for every type of woodworking imaginable from basic furniture to epoxy and wood hybrids.
